It is virtually impossible to cancel your subscription. You cannot remove your credit card info from their website and when they ship product that is not authorized, they will not issue a refund even after the shipment was refused.
I had to report my cc stolen so I could get a new number. Their reps are rude and unprofessional and they won't answer your emails if the email changed from the time you set up an account. I have a new server and new email, so they won't address my issue because I'm using a different email. They tell you to call and when you do, you talk to their obnoxious reps and they refuse to assist you.
I'm still waiting for a refund from an unauthorized shipment in which I refused delivery.
It's a vicious circle. People should start filing complaints with the BBB and their state Attorney Generals Office.
