Complaint / review text:
I placed an order with ProFlowers several weeks ago to have flowers delivered to a relative on February 20th. When I checked the FedEx tracking on the 20th, the package was only just arriving at the city closest to the destination and the delivery date was then changed to the 21st. On the 21st, it snowed so FedEx did not attempt to deliver. I understand what happened on the 21st but why weren't the flowers delivered on the 20th as ordered? My email confirmation said that the flowers would be delivered on the 20th or earlier.
I called ProFlowers and was given a refund for the order but it doesn't change the fact that the recipient will be receiving a box of dead flowers on Monday. The customer service rep at ProFlowers was pleasant but not apologetic. They just don't get it. I would be less upset if this was the first time I had a problem with ProFlowers but it isn't.
