Morning. I have tried to order a TV online since Monday 16.02.2015. Every time I get to the final part of the order my account shows a discount of over R3000 and for some reason this does not allow me to place a order. After allocating the ebucks page I have no button for "place order now" I have phoned the call centre 3 times and a Valentino promised to phone me back yet I have not heard a word of anyone. I have been a client of Kalahari for YEARS now I want to place more orders as I have to order gifts for a birthday this week but I CANT ORDER! Do you not want orders and business? I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT YOUR BAD SERVICE ANYMORE!!!
Please can we sort this out
