Complaint / review text:
I sent in my GOBII phone for fixing on 05 February 2015. After I waited forever to be picked up.
I got it back on 20 February 2015, and here is my problem;
o My phone was sent in to sought out the charging mechanism.
O The phone that I had back is not mine and has pictures, videos of someone else, or someone else was using it while gone for fixing, including emails backup account on the phone is on someone elses name.
I feel very uncomfortable with this phone in respect to protection of personal information.
Can I be told why I am given someone else's or someone was using "my" phone. Am I at risk for my cellphone banking details to be accessed by other people?
Since it came back I'm scared to use it and I am extremely inconvinienced. I wrote an email on Friday, 20Feb and still waiting for someone to contact me.
