Complaint / review text:
I Placed a order for a text book for a Engineering student on 3/02/2015. Order Supply date was 26/02/2015, I then received an email stating that the order will be late and I will receive it on 27/02/2015, the next day i received yet another email stating that I will now only be receiving the book on 11/03/2015. This is unacceptable. I ordered the book from kalahari as the delivery date was 26/02/2015, the classes start on 05/03/2015, therefore the student will now be without a text book for at least 6 days.
Please advise what will e done to rectify the situation, when i called kalahari i was told they can not escalate this with the supplier i just have to wait. This is terrible service and i expect a response before close of business today.
