Ordered a 5Tb seagate harddrive from kalahari in november/December for a Xmas present. The hard drive was faulty so the return process for kalahari was followed. The harddrive was repackaged and the Return number was written on the packaging. The courier arrived around the 5/6th of January and picked up the parcel. It is now the 24th of February. I have been communicating with kalahari through Email as the call centre just rings or is unhelpful. I have managed to establish that Kalahari was/is unable to find the package which I returned. I have not received any indication of a replacement or refund for the hard drive. Generally kalahari has been a really good company to deal with but this is my first return and the experience has been terrible. I don't see why I must suffer or be ripped off due to poor service.
