Complaint / review text:
After passing a rack of kids running shoes marked "up to 75% off ", i got my son some on and eventually found a pair but didnt know what the sale price would be so we went to the cashier to scan it and she said there was no sale on it. Eventually we got the store manager who told me i didnt interpret the sign correctly - its only boxes with a red sticker; there were about 6boxes without red stickers on the rack (i took a picture with his permission). I asked him how consumers werr to know this and his response was to question me on reading the sign and that he would only take shoes that he could afford. I am so dissapointed that consumers r still being. Even more dissapointing is the reward u get for being a loyal Edgars customer and account holder for over 2 decades - insulting customer care!
