I bought a tablet from and exchanged it immediatly and returned it because of functionality. I bought another tablet which was cheaper and now have a credit with for R999.00. For the past 3 weeks i struggled to get the money back. Yesterday I spent more than R150 on airtime to their callcentre only to be told i have a duplicate account and something about a password that must be changed. They have been of no help to tell me what to do and I need the money. Please help me to get my credit back.
