Complaint / review text:
I placed a same day order with Netflorist.
It was my first time, so I needed to register an account, which I did.
When I tried to track my order with the number they provided once I paid, it had no information of my order on the system.
I spent longer then 10 minutes waiting for them to answer the phone, after which they said everything is fine, but it has not been sent yet.
The recipient did not receive the items on the day of the delivery. I was not informed about anything, if there was a name or address error etc.
I then assumed the item would be delivered on the following Monday. On monday I received a call asking to confirm the recipient's name and phone number, which I did.
Further from that I have had no contact or apology from them regarding what happened to my order.
The recipient did not receive anything.
Netflorist should not offer same day services if you cannot deliver.
