December 2014 my Stop and Shop customer card broke in half. I applied for a new card, received in January. Since then there has been difficulties with using the gas points at the gas pump. The associate said there was nothing he could do. Go in the store. Went inside, was told to call Consumer Affairs. I called and was told it resolved and blame it on not being linked? Tried again. Still had problems. I kept all my receipts. Was told to fax it so they could resolve it. Today went for gas, no points. Called Consumer Affairs again. They will escalate the problem. This is the third phone and three trips to the store with no resolution, customer service is very poor and certainly not worth the aggravation. No more shopping there. Cheaper at Market basket or Shaws, and will go to BJ for gas. This is why Stop and Shop loses customers. Three strikes done with the store.
