Bad Refund Service on Returns

I bought a Russell Hobbs Sandwich Press on 15 January and applied for a return on 31 January. The Estimate "delivery date" (collection date) was scheduled for the 9th of February. After numerous emails and phone calls, the courier eventually collected the parcel on the 18th of February. The item was unopened, unused and sent back exactly as it was delivered. Yesterday I received an email from Kalahari stating that I quality for only 80% refund since the seal has been broken and therefore they cannot sell this item as new. This is totally unacceptable. I then phoned Kalahari to enquire about this and the lady asked me why I returned the item. When I replied that I did not want it anymore, she said that this is why I only quality for the 80% refund, since unwanted items can not quality for 100% refund. I then informed her what the email stated "unused, unwanted items returned within 30 days will be 100% refunded". She then said she will follow up with the returns department and get back to me. Nothing. I insist on a full refund. And somebody better get back to me ASAP.
