Kalahari seems to have changed their digital ebook reader for PC's to Adobe Digital Editions.
I downloaded the new reader and my books that I had bought in the past again from the Kalahari Digital Library just to have the program give me licencing errors when wanting to import the books into Adobe Digital Editions.
I phoned and spoke to a consultant who asked me for a screengrab of the error, which I sent her. I was then told they will get back to me ASAP. This never happened.
I have moaned on their Facebook page and all I get as someone asking for my order number, which in this case doesn't help.
I mailed Kalahari and was told they cant find any record of me mailing them. I Sent them the mail I sent in the first place, and still haven't heard from them or had any response whatsoever.
Nice going Kalahari. Nice to take my money, but when I need help I get ignored.
This is really disgusting service
