I bought a device from Kalahari on 10 Feb, but as soon as I purchased the device I decided to cancel it.
I tried to cancel it on their site but could not, so I called the Call Center. The consultant then told me that she could not cancel it but she will escalate it. I then phoned them the following day to confirm the cancellation but was told that they will get back to me. The 12 Feb I received a delivery sms instead of a Call Back, the following day the device was delivered. I then requested a return on 13 Feb, the device was then collected on 17 Feb and up until now Kalahari can't tell me where the device is and when I will get my money back. I phoned them countless times (huge phone bill for me) and every time I hear the same old story that they will call me back but never do. Yesterday I phoned again and was again promised a phone call but here I'm still waiting... What am I to do to get any feedback from Kalahari??? Is there anyone else experiencing the same problem and how can I go about resolving this issue?
