Credit not passed on my account and nobody can sort it out. I still have to pay for something I dont have. If I dont pay they hand me over but I have a credit note to prove that I returned the product. So why do I still have to pay? Its been 2 months and its still the same. Called the call center on sunday and they said it will be sorted out in 48 hours. Its almost a week and still nobody has contacted me and I cant get a hold of the admin department. This is crazy. Its. Its extortion. Sunglass hut will never get buisness from me agin.infact I will spread the word on social media so that nobody is conned by this retail maffia and is of their hard earned money. SUNGLASS HUT YOU!!! Complete rip off.
