I'm trying to unsubscribe from the Zando newsletter which I'm getting every single morning.
I have unsubscribed in my account, clicked on the unsubscribe link in the email, spoken to someone via the chat on the website and sent an email and yet every morning I still get a newsletter. What is the point of an unsubscribe button if it doesn't work?
Fix the button on your website because this is turning into spam if you don't allow people to unsubscribe.
Just because of this issue I will never buy from Zando again.
