Complaint / review text:
I placed an order for my sons birthday, when he opened the package on his birthday we discovered the item did not work properly. I then did a return request on the 28th January - after numerous calls and emails eventually the courier collected the item on the 5th February 2015. Since then I have had no feedback whatsoever from Kalahari. I have sent numerous emails - I was informed upon receiving the damaged item they will refund me as they do not do replacement items anymore - no refund has taken place!!! This has been a month now! Please please can someone get back to me! My five year old son has waited over a month for his birthday present!
