I ordered and paid for an essential textbook on Feb 12 2015 from and still have not received it today the 28th of Feb 2015. I call numerous times, only to find out the book was delivered to the wrong address and I am still confused as to why I have to still be without a book i paid for while they try to track down the book via fedex and their possibly illiterate couriers. I was then assured that they had sorted out the mess telephonically and via twitter saying that the book will be delivered yesterday, 27 Feb 2015, sometime after 16:00 and its now night time I'm still without a book, all stressed out and feeling like an. I had suggested they refund me rather so that I can go to a bookstore physically and acquire the book but an agent made it clear that it won't be so easy for that to happen. So i pay for for goods, i don't receive said goods and I can't get my money back until they recover the goods and here i am losing valuable study time. How i do i make up for all the lost time, and get to study effectively under all this undue stress. There must be some legal recourse coz i feel cheated right now!
