I ordered flowers for my 92 year old American Foster mother with whom I stayed for one year in 1955; she now lives on Cape Cod. The order was placed in early December 2014 for delivery on December 24. No flowers were delivered. Protracted email contact with JustFlowers went on until early January 2015. The company informed me that they had been unable to find some one to deliver flowers. Eventually they wanted me to pay extra for the delivery. I lodged a complaint with BBB. JustFlowers then returned my money. Despite my complaint that this was a breach of contract and they still were required to deliver flowers or compensate me for their failure JustFlowers took no remedial action. BBB has not taken any action against them either. JustFlowers conducts business in a dishonest manner and BBB lets them get away with it.
