I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother in law on behalf of my children (her grandchildren) for her birthday. I didn't order "same day" but actually ordered a day before. By 3:00 pm on her birthday - still no flowers. I called customer service and they said they contacted the florist and confirmed the delivery was "on it's way". Each hour I called as the flowers never seemed to arrive. Each customer service agent worse than the one before - some trying to tell me they were delivered when I had already confirmed with my mother-in-law that they had not.
I literally spent an accumulated four hours of my day trying to follow up on this order. Each agent telling me "I apologize for the inconvenience...". The last agent assured me the flowers would be delivered by 7:30, but guess what? That never happened. They wanted to offer me 10% off my order which I found ridiculous as I could easily find a promo code on the web for 10% or more. Their next offer was 20% off of a future order—ARE THEY CRAZY? Do they really think they retained a customer after this experience? All I have to say is that the flowers never were delivered... And the customer service wasn't either.
