Complaint / review text:
I ordered my flowers to be delivered on May 8, they got delivered to my mother in laws co worker on May 9... I mean we are happy that she at least gets to see them on Monday!
We were happy when we were called during the day on Friday to hear that they were upgrading the flowers due to not having the right ones or colors. Until 5:30 when we found out she had not even received them from a "local company". I sent two emails that did not get responded to until the next day. The email says to call the Customer Service line LMAO!
What a JOKE. I also called the "customer service" team who could not contact anyone directly and were only able to leave a message. They left very little to be desired from their Customer Service or Floral skills. We will NEVER use them again.
We live out of town and Ava's would have made a KILLING off of our business for each holiday that we can not be with her in person. We will DEFINITELY go elsewhere.
