Complaint / review text:
Ordered $75 bouquet for Mother's Day. Agreed to pay the $30 for "fresh" flowers delivered on time (Saturday before Mother's Day). Epic fail. Nothing was delivered on the agreed upon date. I did receive an impersonal email on the delivery day saying they had unilaterally extended the delivery date until the Tuesday after Mother's Day due to demand (not part of my contract). Lack of concern. Spent $30 in long distance charges (live overseas) to get refunded. Mother did not get flowers. This company sucks and it is only because I am a Christian that I don't use stronger language. I wouldn't on this company if it was on fire.
Liars throughout. They failed to deliver despite paying a premium.
God save the souls working for this pathetic company. They are all consumed or paid off to perpetuate lies and dishonesty to make a few dollars.
