I ordered 25 shirts due to arrive on 5/8/15. Order did not arrive and I contacted ooshirts via Facebook and was told I was eligible for 100% since it was late.
I was told to submit claim which I did. The next day my order status said the order was shipped. There was no carrier information and I have no use for these shirts after 5/8/2015. No refund, no information on if order was actually shipped and can't get company to return calls, emails or LiveChat.
I have contacted Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau about ooshirts. I only wanted a refund for my $130.80.
This business is not to be trusted as I found out after reading many complaints. Do your homework when using online shopping!
