For months I have been trying to unsubscribe from *inthebox mailinglists without luck.
- not via the 'unsubscribe' link in the email
- not via my profile
After changing my email address I'm still getting "special-deals and offers" send to the old email addresses on a daily basis
No problem, right? Just contact them and ask them to fix the issue. Absolutely not. To try and resolve this issue there is *NO* way to contact *inthebox. You can only contact the seller *based on an order*.
The FAQ's show that you can unsubscribe using the account settings, but there is NO option to do that..
No clue where to go now, except for never ordering with them and marking all their emails as SPAM?
