I do a large majority of my clothing purchases online. I've never in my life encountered such and awful company as RoseGal! I ordered 4 items from them (first time ever ordering):
- One item smelled strongly of mildew and was unwearable
- One was falsely advertised and was not the same color or print as pictured on the model.
- One item I just never received
- One item just looked cheap and fit horribly
Also, all of the sizing was wayyy off. I normally wear a US size 6 and I ordered XL's and I couldn't even squeeze into 3 out of 4 of them.
Even worse, customer service IS A NIGHTMARE to deal with. I went back and forth over a course of several emails and they only issued a refund for $11 on a $66 order (I still don't even know which item that $11 went towards) They keep asking for photos of the damaged item and I keep telling them that the mildew smell is not going to come across in a photo. They also somehow keep evading my question about the item that I never received and will not seem to issue me a refund on that item either.
