Complaint / review text:
I returned my International order to Macys borderfree the address they provided at my own expense. It was delivered to borderfree on April 30 which can be tracked on line.
It will be a month soon. Macys is asking me to wait. Borderfree is not replying. I e mailed them asking the name of the person in charge.
No replies. Macys is e mailing me they are sorry and ask me to wait. I don't know what I am waiting for. There is no person in charge to solve the problem which I have the signed delivery proof in my hand.
