So I went to order 12 books for uni via Amazon. I get to the shipping page and press continue and it pretends it's going to work. The load symbol comes up and then goes with no change. I tried a different browser and all that so IT IS NOT MY COMPUTER!

So I contact Customer Service on chat and that's where the fun really starts!

The first guy says it'll be fixed in 2hrs so 3hrs later I contact them again as it still doesn't work. After a long conversation with a useless man I requested to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor said 24hrs and it would be fixed!

So 26hrs later I contact them AGAIN and am told 3-5 DAYS!

I have also requested several times that Tech support send me an email regarding the situation and have received NOTHING!

Not one person has actually been much help other than making promises (not even good promises) that they can't keep.

One lady said she could give me $10

Another said she'd pay the difference if my order goes up

Another said she would express ship an items coming from Amazon which is only 2 items.

Considering this is a $230 order this really isn't acceptable

At this stage there is no point in me even ordering these items through Amazon unless they're going to put all the items down as Amazon and express ship them all. I need these things by 25/7 and it's taken 3 days to even try and order.

And if I have to order somewhere else it is going to cost an extra $100!

I will not be using Amazon EVER again and I will be warning all my friends and family.

Now I'm being told a week!
