On May 10,2015, I placed an online order for $58.73 to deliver a bouquet of flowers to my mother on the occasion of her 80th birthday. Justflowers confirmed the order and delivery date for May 19,2015. On May 26,2015, I called my mother to inquire about the flowers. She had not received them. I wrote Justflowers service, asking if they delivered. They confirmed delivery on May 19,2015. I wrote again stating that my mother received nothing and that the residence security never phoned to indicate a flower delivery had arrived. Justflowers then indicated that their preferred florist delivered the flowers to wrong recipient. They could not tell me who took delivery or where the flowers were delivered. They only offered to try again with some additional flowers. I was very disappointed. I canceled the order and will order again from a more reputable company. Justflowers is an organizational mess.
