Complaint / review text:
Before I purchased a dress online, I emailed Modlily with questions with regard to the dress. When I received the dress it was not what I expected.
They misrepresent the dress in their description. To return dress, shipping and tracking would cost more than the dress and they are aware of it therefore they offer you a $5 refund. When I complained they kept asking for pictures of the dress. I sent it 4 times but received no response until I filed a claim with Paypal.
I will be giving dress to Goodwill. Do not support Modlily, you will be disappointed.
