I am a regular at the Family Dollar stores here in Oak Cliff, Texas. Always have had very helpful, and polite employees.
On the 12th of June I purchase a mop. I went home and wanted t do my floors. Without knowing they had charged me twice for the mop. I didn't use it.
Brought it t the store # 02340, MARISSA, The manager, refused t give me back the money, $2,15 cents two dollars and fifteen cents owed t me for the over charge. I told her I would not want the mop anymore, because of her attitude. I also told her she knows NOTHING about Customer Service.
I will follow up with Corporate Offices tomorrow Monday the 15th.
She looked at me like: "WHO CARES""
I want and demand my money back.$4.30
