On May 24 my son who is serving in the military in the Middle East ordered some custom shoes and did not understand how the APO address works so addressed for them to ship to my home. I would then need to pay to ship them to him.in order to avoid the hassle I contacted customer service on June 4 and was told that they could not change it because the order was being processed and that I was to put a hold on the package which would then ship back to them and they would redirect it to the APO address. I did so and expected them to follow through as promised.
I was out of town and came home to find the package which needed a signature, had been left on my doorstep. I have sent 5 emails to Adidas asking them to help me, each one came back with an incident number and a message saying that they would send a response within 24 hours. I sent those emails on 6/25,6/27,6/28, and 6/29 and an email with all of those incident numbers on it. I have not heard a thing back from them and sent them to my son yesterday for 27.00 shipping after he paid an original 15.00 shipping charge. Thank you so much for nothing Adidas! There are many other options for purchasing shoes and we will explore those options in the future.
