Although I did not / do not like the idea of digital coupons, & much prefer to cut ad coupons, then it's MY responsibility. I tried the digital coupons at least 3 weeks. When online I was told I had the digital coupons. When I went through the SR checkout I was not charged the digital prices. The local SR personnel were stumped & sympathetic but could not explain why or help me. Called a SR 800 # & the young man was a bit flippant, giving excuses & inferring it was something I was doing wrong. He was no help! I wrote a letter to the main office in NJ, 6/14/15, asking for a reply & have heard nothing. Some my friends don't have Internet & do not want to use it. With Shop from Home, store delivery, digital coupons, etc. I feel like ShopRite does not care about real people. This feels like a type of discrimination. Unfortunately ShopRite is the only grocery store in our small town.
