I placed an order online on July 14 and received an order confirmation email immediately. Now, this is where things stopped going right. Tried to track the order online on July 20 and could not get to the order.in any case, sent an email to customer support - NO response. Not even an auto acknowledgement that my email was received by them. No response till date (July 23). Tried to track the order online again on July 22 - again, could not track it. Tried to call the 1-800 number to track the order and received rude shock. The automated system told me that my order did not exist. Called in again to try and talk to a human being, after holding for 30 mins, gave up.
