I placed an order on July 2,2014 receiving a confirmation email on my order. Two weeks go by and I have nothing and no status of saying that my order was shipped. I called and they said my order is being processed and will be shipped but they have no idea when. Two more weeks go by and I call again and I get the same story. I finally get the shipping email on Aug. 1 which is now a month later stating that my order is being shipped. Now I am looking at the order and it only shows four out of the 10 items I ordered are being shipped. I called today which is Aug. 4th mindful that I still haven't received any of my order and asked "Why are only four items being shipped" and the lady states "Well the other items are on backorder and we have no dates if they will ever be in stock."
I said to the lady "I have waited over a month for my order, called numerous times, emailed twice, and had I not called I would have never known anything about my other half of my order and all the times I called you couldn't tell me that", or they couldn't email me to say my items are on backorder. I never received any response from the emails I sent to them. I told her that I wanted to speak to a supervisor; for her to put me on hold, get back on the phone and tell me that she does not have a supervisor that I can speak to. Really? This is by far the worst customer service experience I have had and I used to like shopping with this company and I will no longer. I waited over a month with no communication to only receive 4 out of the 10 items I ordered to which I still have not received them, yet they say they are on their way. You would have thought the least they could have done was express ship them.
