I have to say my experience with ordering from Fredericks of Hollywood online has been a nightmare. My order was placed and hadn't shipped out several weeks later. When I contacted Customer Service via email, they said they were updating their computer systems and that the order showed it was still Pending but not yet shipped. I then received the order at home and needed to return an item. When I contacted Customer Service for an RMA (as required on the website), they said they couldn't issue an RMA because the order was still Pending and Not Shipped. I tried to explain that I did already receive my order.
Eventually they said that I could just return the item without an RMA. Weeks later, still no refund. Then they shipped me the entire order AGAIN... Which I now have to ship back again. Not to mention, I used a coupon code that they emailed to me for signing up on their website and they did not honor it, saying it was expired (though it was emailed to me that day). They said they'd give me 10% off in the form of a refund, which I still have not received... Though they said it would be applied. This company (shipping, ordering, website, etc.) is so unorganized and unprofessional. I have had so many good experiences with other websites. This has by far, been the worst! I will never order from them again.
