Complaint / review text:
Order placed 7/30/15, got order confirmation email that day, money was taken from my account (of course) and now here we are three weeks later 8/20/15 and still haven't gotten a shipping confirmation email. I sent an email to their customer support address listed on their site about a week ago and never got a response. I called their 800 number and was disconnected twice. After being on hold for 25 minutes I finally spoke to a real human being. She informed me that the item I had ordered was out of stock and that they were going to have to cancel the order... UH WHAT? When was I going to be notified of this?
Why was this item available for purchase on their site in the first place if it wasn't even in stock? Anyway she told me I would be getting my money back and she was going to email me a coupon for 15% off my next order... Lol no thanks lady. I'm upset because I used to really love getting stuff from them, but honestly I'm not going to ever again. This experience has been awful. Wish I would have read these reviews before I got myself into this mess.
