Complaint / review text:
I placed a customized football cleat order 8/8/2015. As of today, I still haven't received my order and there is currently no estimated shipping date. Spoke to customer service who told me they could cancel my order and provide me a full refund or I could wait for them to hear back from the warehouse (which I was told an escalated email was sent to the warehouse on 9/10 and they still haven't responded). This is my 1st time ordering from Adidas as my son usually does Nike. This will be my last time ordering from Adidas. There's no sense of urgency to these people regarding people's orders but I can believe if I needed to fix or change something on my custom order, Adidas would say "No way."
The double standard customer service is horrible. It's either you wait or we'll refund you your money. I've waited now well over 8 weeks, just send the shoes already! Believe me if it was up to me I would cancel but how do you tell your kid who's been too excited to get new football cleats that I've cancelled the order he's waited so long to receive? Next yr we'll be back with Nike that's for sure!!
