Complaint / review text:
I was charged twice for a custom order on MiAdidas. I contacted Adidas regarding the issue and one payment was refunded. The custom item was cancelled and to date is still unresolved, they still have my 2nd payment and I still have not received my order. Numerous attempts have been made to contact customer service, but I never get replies. I have now made a claim with my financial institution to try to recover my money.
