I purchased on Groupon 1 week at True Blue Resort. Although confirmed in the order and in description none of the pools was open. After returning home I contacted Groupon customer service and informed them that I didn't receive what I paid for. After 3 weeks and almost 20 emails with different customer service representatives the Groupon Getaways customer support manager responded: 'I am not able to assist any further with your particular request and we consider this issue resolved.' I hope my experience with Groupon will be a warning to other potential customers to stay away from Groupon.
