Left in the front door area...
I told him I checked and there was no box. He then put me on hold and came back and said "Sorry call your bank. We can't reship it and we won't credit you." I said wait "What. The box could be late or lost. Will you call UPS or double check it went out." He said "No it's there. Sorry, call your bank." I said "can I talk to a manager" and he said "one will call you in 24 hours."
The manager called me and said the same thing! To contact my bank and fight for the money back! What!?! My bank didn't do anything. Why should they lose money? I did nothing wrong either... I take time to pick out my makeup by looking at reviews and popularity. So not only my money is wasted but my time of talking to two Ulta people is, my time for looking at the website is. Also I'd be wasting even more time trying to hunt down UPS and USPS trying to find my box that they say is out of the system.
I live in a good area, no one would steal it and I buy makeup all the time so I'm not looking for doubles (these were new stuff I was trying. BOTH of these thing were alluded to when I was one the phone with Ulta, that's hurtful). I have been buying a lot more from Sephora. I am also their highest level, VIB Rouge, and they will now get all of my business.
