Complaint / review text:
I called Fry's.com about returning an item that I had incorrectly ordered. I went back online and ordered the correct item but this time with the option to pick it up at the store. I assumed I could make one trip to pick up the newest item and return the wrong item. I was told that returns could not be made at the store and that I had to pay for return shipping. The cost of shipping is almost as much as the item!
This makes no sense since I was able to order online with an option to pick up at the store, it should be just as easy to return at the store. I did speak with a frys.com manager who told me that they do have offer in-store returns like other stores b/c the store does not have access to invoices. I thanked him for the suggestions, I will in the future shop at another store!
