My complaint is against Easy Saver Rewards which I was duped into joining when I went on to proflowers.com to order Flowers for a friend. I used my Bank of America credit card account to make the purchase back in October 2009.
The total amount "stolen" from me by Easy Saver unfortunately totals $106.60. $14.95 for 7 months plus $1.95. I intend to call Easy Saver today to cancel "Membership" and demand full credit. If I do not get full credit refund from Easy Saver I intend to write to Proflowers.com and demand that they take some responsibility for my remuneration. The same thing happened to me when I ordered product from "Blair" clothing company. It took a while but the $85 they "stole" from me was credited to my Capital One Credit card.
MORAL: Keep a close eye on the screens when you closeout online orders and also check ALL credit card charges immediately upon receipt of each credit card statement.
