I emailed twice for my purchase problem and have not gotten any response from PayPal representative in three days. Even if PayPal reply to me by now, my disputes will have expired long before that. My problem of emailing them is because my disputes failed and they said according to their policy, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods.
But the fact is that I did not receive the full order from seller and I explained this as clear as crystal in PayPal. I can't believe that PayPal never replied to my problem. I even doubt if PayPal ever look at our problems. Disappointing! I would never use PayPal anymore. Disappointing seller made me realized how disappointing PayPal is! But some seller only accepts PayPal. I need to let more people know how disappointing PayPal is! I lost US$20 and spent a lot of time complaining and waiting for reply from representative, which they never replied.
