Complaint / review text:
I ordered flowers for my cousin's mother's funeral several days before the service. The morning of the service, someone from justflowers called to say the flowers couldn't be delivered until afternoon — after the service was over and after everyone would have left the church. I was offered a $10 coupon.
The justflowers website says that their first priority is funerals — if this is their first priority, I'd like to see what they do with other occasions. What does a flower company do except deliver flowers? Apparently, this one doesn't do this. Obviously, a funeral isn't something that occurs twice — I don't have an opportunity to say, in the same way, to my cousin that I care about her mother's death.
I would never, under any circumstance whatsoever, order flowers from justflowers again and I would encourage anyone reading this to look elsewhere for a more reputable florist.
