Complaint / review text:
On February 14, I ordered 3 tickets to the Train concert playing at Tanglewood, Lenox, MA. On this website, the ticket price was $137 each. Nowhere did it show the actual price of each ticket. I was also charged additional $30.14 for each ticket for a service charge and $15.00 delivery fee. The total came to $516.42. When I received the tickets, the price on the tickets was $56.00 each.
How can a company charge more than double the original price. Should they be made to disclose the actual value so consumers like me can decide if this is what they want to pay for tickets only worth half as much? I have called, emailed and have not been able to get to talk to anyone. Thank you for all the help you can give me.
