Complaint / review text:
I went into the store and brought a phone card to add money to my phone, but the card didn't work. So I took it back to the store, wanting my money back. They told me I couldn't get my money back but had to get an even exchange. I therefore got another card and the same thing happened. The only thing that it kept saying was the card pin number was invalid and couldn't be added to my account. All I want right now and have wanted from the start is my money back. And if I still don't get my money back, I am going to put in a lawsuit against ShopRite because I feel it's a total discrimination issue going on.
