Complaint / review text:
My LG fridge that was under Home Depot warranty went on the blink last Friday. They told me no one could come out until Monday between 8-12. I waited all Monday and then around 5PM this guy called and said he ordered a new power board for my fridge. I asked him how could he know what to order when he didn't even come out. He had no valid explanation.
I called the company Allan's Appliances and it is now Wednesday and still no word. I have begged the service guy (who never came out) to please get the piece of equipment he thinks is the problem and come fix my fridge. Obviously all my food is spoiled. That I can take, but I cannot go on one more day without my fridge working.
I am sitting on the phone right now with Home Depot extended warranty lady named Bethenny. She is very nice but absolutely cannot help me as Allan's Appliances is the only company Home Depot uses for LG repairs.
I am sooooooooooo frustrated.
