Complaint / review text:
I have been having the same problems with my tv for the past 1 1/2 years. It has been repaired 3 times already. The same problem happened again on 6/14/11.
The repair man came and I had to wait a week for the parts. He came back to put them in and it didn't fix the problem.
He called today to tell assurant what the problem was and that it wasn't worth fixing, but assurant refused to give me a new tv. Now I have to wait another week for the parts to come.
If they don't work, then they have to send more parts. I have been without a tv and I am furious at what is going on.
There is no phone number I can call and talk with assurant. I will never get another service warrant that would be with them. I shouldn't have to have my tv repaired 4 times in the last year and still have the same problems.
