This is the worst advertisement company I have ever done business with. MIKE MORRISON came to my place of residence to apply a vinyl wrap to my motorcycle.
When he got there he was unprepared. He had to use MY heat gun and he didn't even have a sharp enough blade to cut the material. As he was applying my wrap, I noticed the quality was very poor.instead of using a high quality printer and high quality paper, he printed the design out on Avery paper with a horrible printer.
As he was applying the wrap (with my husband's) help, he told me that the wrinkling up of the wrap was normal and once it sets it will look better. That is completely untrue. He never even finished the job and when he left the wrap was already peeling off my bike. He had done my decals to go on top of the wrap and they were wrong.
I was unable to tell him that it was wrong because MIKE MORRISON had told me that he was celebrating his anniversary weekend and I was not home when he dropped off the "stickers" in my mail box. I waited until after his anniversary weekend to call him and tell him about the job that he had done. My husband left messages and MIKE MORRISON never returned our phone call. I just recently got a hold of MIKE MORRISON after leaving him one final message.
When he called me back he was rude, he didn't let me speak and he yelled to me that "all sales are final! You're not getting your money back!" and that he had did the best job that he could have done. I recorded the way he spoke to me and how calm I was. It was NOT what I asked for, but I could never relay the message because MIKE MORRISON hung up the phone in my face.
I had to take the wrap off and take it to an educated professional with doing vinyl wraps and he too said it was the worst one he had ever seen and it didn't even have a sealant on the wrap which caused it to peel up immediately. I had to pay $300 dollars to get my job done correctly while MIKE MORRISON walks away with my money $.
