Complaint / review text:
I cancelled my account online, but was charged $15.99 the next month. I called the customer service and they said I had to cancel online, but I had no account to sign into. I was transferred to customer service because I wanted a refund, and I was told I had to call in for a refund, but that the $15.99 was a valid charge.
I informed them that I was going to file a complaint to consumer affairs, and the attorney general in Tennessee. The representative talked to his manager, and they refunded me the fee.
