Macy's Credit Card is the Worst along with their customer service!!! Macy's charged a customer a late Fee after the customer service she spoke to agreed to the late charge if she make the payment right away.
She ran to the store that day to make the full payment. The next month bill came with only the late fee charge. She called and they advised there's nothing they can do about it, she even talked to the supervisor and they too couldn't help this long time customer. The customer refused to pay for the late fee and they tagged interest and more late fees then sent her to collections.
She have been Macy's customer for over 25 years and have never had any issues until now. This is how Macy's treat their loyal customers... Great job macy's!!!
